Cape Coral Rental

The Cape Coral home is available for $200 per night, for up to 2 guests. For more than 2  guests, there will be a  $25 ,per night, per additional person, fee. The home has sleeping for 6. (children under 12 months  are not included in number of guests and there is no charge-a high chair, playpen , stroller and wagon  are available) A one time $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. The pool is heated to 84* for free and can be heated to 90* for an additional $15 per day-must pay for entire stay. A gas  BBQ grill is available for use for an additional $50.
