We appreciate your  interest in our Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida rental. This home is rented for a total of  $200 a night, with sleeping for 10. (There is no charge for children under 12 months and they will not be included in total amount of guests)An additional one time cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your bill. A gas BBQ grill is available for use for an additional $50 fee. The pool is heated to 84* for free, or it  can be heated to 90* for an additional $15 per day for your entire stay.
